These methods will not be used for marketing purposes without your express consent to do so.

If you provide a telephone number, an email address or initiate email communication with us, it is considered that you have provided your express permission to communicate with you using the provided phone number or email address.

FRI and its agents assume no liability for any communications received and/or viewed by any third party. You also understand and acknowledge that communications to or from FRI or its agents may be accessed by others with access to your electronic device, email account or phone number by utilizing an employer owned or shared device or providing an employer or shared email account or phone number.

If you communicate or provide private information to us or a third-party, you also acknowledge and assume any and all responsibility for that information and FRI is not responsible for its disclosure. You acknowledge that Electronic communications can be intercepted, altered, forwarded, circulated, or used without authorization or detection, stored in paper or electronic format and may be lost due to a technical failure during composition, transmission or storage and agree FRI is not responsible for such an occurrence. There are certain hardware and software requirements for you to be able to access or retain the above stated electronic records (“Electronic Records”). Your device requirements are as follows:

• Internet browser such as Internet Explorer or Google Chrome. Cookies and JavaScript must be enabled.
• A computer/tablet/mobile device with an operating system capable of supporting the above.
• Adobe Acrobat Reader or a comparable program that can open PDF (portable document format) files.
• A personal computer/tablet/mobile device, operating system and telecommunications connections to the internet capable of receiving, accessing, displaying, and either printing or storing, communications received in electronic form from us.

You agree that the electronic signature is the same as a handwritten signature for the purposes of validity, enforceability, and admissibility.
